China PA RDA 6635 Network Solution 100% Working

Sometimes we face as problem that after replacing pa(RDA 6635) the network doesn't ok or Show Emergency only though there there is full signal appear.I have faced this problem for mane time and then I solved this problem by following way.The way is;after replacing pa (RDA6635) also replace two red marked capacitor shown on picture.
